Sen. Rand Paul says Dr. Anthony Fauci has no reason not to talk after the Senate voted to hold him in contempt of Congress, calling out his Biden-era presidential pardon that dates back to 2014.
Paul says the pardon covers Fauci's conduct that could potentially be criminal, meaning Fauci only needs to avoid committing a new crime to keep that immunity and should answer lawmakers' questions instead of repeatedly invoking the Fifth Amendment.
