Foreign visitors arrested for drunk driving could face more than criminal charges under the Trump administration's latest immigration crackdown — they could lose their visas and be deported.

"We're not going to tolerate that. We are going to protect the Americans," State Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott said.

The administration is warning that foreign nationals who violate U.S. laws could lose their visas and be removed from the country as part of its "America First" immigration agenda.
