Deputies use a grappler device to bring a Florida pursuit to a quick end after a suspect allegedly threatens to kill a victim during a domestic disturbance and prevents them from calling 911.

Authorities say they located Ryan Hillaker driving in Fort Myers, where the grappler safely stopped the vehicle without a dangerous chase continuing.

Hillaker was taken into custody and charged with obstructing justice and simple assault.
